After a few weeks, we have gotten to watch people work and move around the new portion of the space. Like when we opened in 2014, we are extremely proud of what we see. Not only has the space gotten bigger, it has further embraced the dynamic nature that Modworks has embodied since its launch. With even more space for our modern style and tremendous members, Modworks is able to even further exemplify the premier coworking space model that it was founded to do.

As always, we also love to take whatever chance we get to mention the incredible views from Modworks. When the space opened, it was important to us that as much desk space as possible had views of the mountains, the capitol, or the mall on 16th Street. Now, one floor higher, even more members get the opportunity to experience the stunning views that no other coworking space can boast.

We are excited and hopeful that this expansion means that we get to offer many more members the kind of experience we envisioned when we first started designing and building the coworking space. We are proud to be a member of the Denver business community and look forward to watching small businesses grow within the space.
