If you’ve visited the space lately, you’ve probably heard about - and maybe even seen - the project going on right upstairs on the fourteenth floor. For a long time now, Modworks has been working on making the space bigger. We’re making it a whole floor bigger! Yes, Modworks is taking over the entire fourteenth floor of the building.

Two suites, a handful of offices and dedicated desks, and more of the same great style are about to be available. Another floor up means even more access to the truly special views of Denver and the mountains. Access to the balcony areas provide a unique respite in an office building in the middle of a bustling city.
